Aujourd’hui je vous retrouve pour ma recette de savons au lait maternel. Sachez que si vous n’avez plus de lait, ou que si vous n’allaitez pas il est possible de remplacer par du lait d’anesse BIO.
INGRÉDIENTS :
- Moules à gâteaux ne silicone ou petits moules à savon
- 120ml de lait maternel
- 120g de copeaux de savon de Marseille véritable (Marius Fabre, Fer a cheval …voir mon article sur le savon de Marseille)
- 3 cuillères à soupe d’huile de coco
- 1-2 cuillères à soupe d’hydrolat de rose de Damas
- 50 gouttes de fragrance (optionnel)
- 2 cuillères à soupe de Miel
RECETTE :
- Faire fondre tous les ingrédients au bain mari (sauf l’hydrolat), remuer continuellement
- Une fois le mélange homogène, rajouter l’hydrolat.
- Verser dans les petits moules et laisser refroidir 24h
- Démouler et laisser en cure 1 mois dans un endroit sombre, sec et aéré.
Et voilà ! Vous pouvez laver bébé avec un produit fait maison, sain et plein de vertues.
