Coucou à tous !
Aujourd’hui je vous retrouve pour une recette, rapide, saine et super bonne. C’est le type de repas que je fais le midi pour mes enfants, car la journée c’est la course. J’utilise mon Cookeo depuis maintenant 5 ans. Bref un indispensable de ma cuisine.
Ingrédients :
- 2 Carottes
- 4 pommes de terre
- 1 courgette
- 2 échalottes
- Basilic
- 2 cuillères à café de concentré de tomate
- 1/2 cuillère à café de cumin
- Sel
- Poivre
- 50g de pâte de curry rouge
- 250ml de lait de coco
Recette :
- épluchez les échalotes et faites-les revenir dans un peu d’huile d’olive
- Rajoutez les carottes coupées en rondelles
- Rajoutez les rondelles de courgettes
- Rajoutez les pommes de terre coupées en quartiers, puis le sel, le poivre, le cumin et le concentré de tomate et le curry
- Versez le lait de coco
- Laissez mijoter une petite minute, verser 200ml d’eau
- Fermez le Cookeo et laisser cuire 8 minutes
- (possibilité d’épaissir la sauce avec un peu de maïzena ou de farine tout simplement)
Je l’accompagne avec du riz basmati
Louis à presque 18mois et adore ce genre de plat !
